Responsible AI Policy

Every system we build carries our name after we leave. These are the principles we hold every engagement to, and the ones we expect a client's own governance team to be able to audit.

01

Human oversight by design

Every autonomous or agentic system ships with an explicit boundary on what it may do unsupervised, a review console for the exceptions, and a clear escalation path to a person.

02

Transparency and traceability

Retrieval-based systems cite their sources. Agent actions are logged, replayable and auditable. Model and prompt versions are tracked so any output can be traced back to the system that produced it.

03

Data governance

We work within your data residency and access-control requirements, minimise what a system needs to see to do its job, and never use client data to train a model outside that client's own environment.

04

Fairness and evaluation

Every model or agent is measured against a baseline before deployment and a fixed evaluation set before every release, with a documented gate for what "good enough" means for that use case.

05

Security

Guardrails, redaction and access permissions are treated as first-class deliverables, not an afterthought bolted on before go-live.

06

Your right to audit

Clients can review any evaluation result, action log or model decision from a system we built for them, at any time — that access is written into our standard engagement terms, not offered as a favour.

Questions about how this applies to your engagement can go to info@vasudhatech.in.
